Movement is how we heal.
Before humans practiced medicine, we tended our wounds through movement. By instinct, we danced ourselves toward the health that helped us survive.
This course is intended to reconnects you with this innate, but often forgotten, ability to move in ways that support your wellbeing. We will integrate five foundational aspects of functional movement: breath, flexibility, precision, strength, and balance.
By cultivating these skills while learning the underlying kinesiology, we can rediscover the power of our animal bodies and re-inherit our birthright to thrive.
